RMG specializes in searching candidates
for executive positions for corporate hirers in two ways. First, it uses its own
database and links in the corporate world to locate the right candidates for its
clients. No advertisement is placed in the media either by RMG or the employer.
The client places a requisition with RMG seeking suitable candidates for one or
more positions. The requisition provides a profile of the employer, description
of the job, desired profile of the candidate, compensation package, and any
other relevant info that could help attract the right candidates. RMG then
searches the candidates from within its database and/or links in the relevant
industry and short lists the candidate/s for the employer.
Second, the employer places the advertisement in the press. All the applications
are sent to RMG in closed envelopes. RMG scans the applications and short lists
the candidates for tests or interviews. Again, the employer conducts the tests
and the interviews.
On employer’s request, RMG also undertakes the groundwork for head hunting by
preparing an analysis of the job, formulating job description, creating profile
of the right candidate for the job, and determining compensation package for the
candidate.
RMG does not charge a fee for its service from the candidates. It is the
employer that pays for the service.
RMG maintains strictest confidentiality of the identity of the employer and the
candidate as long as required by the employer and/or the candidate. |
